Towson, Maryland - The Republican Women of Baltimore County are thrilled to announce that one of our own, Jean Benhoff, has been honored with the Chairman’s Award, the highest distinction given by the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee (BCRCC). The award was presented at the annual Lincoln-Reagan Dinner held on July 24, 2025.
Jean was recognized for her outstanding leadership in election integrity efforts. As a key figure in Secure the Vote Maryland, Jean led a team of data analysts who carefully reviewed Maryland’s voter registration rolls for deceased, duplicate, and moved voters. Their research has played a pivotal role in prompting reforms and drawing statewide attention to the integrity of Maryland’s elections.
The Lincoln-Reagan Dinner is a signature event for the Baltimore County GOP, drawing over 150 attendees each year. BCRCC Chairman Patty Fallon presented the “Chairman’s 2025 Award for Service and Dedication to the Baltimore County Republican Party,” acknowledging Jean’s tireless commitment and effective grassroots leadership.
This year’s keynote speaker was Senator Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania, a West Point graduate and former Deputy National Security Advisor in the Bush Administration, who is now serving in the U.S. Senate. The event was attended by many prominent Maryland Republicans, including Ambassador Ellen Sauerbrey, Governor Bob Ehrlich and his wife Kendall, RNC Committeewoman Nicolee Ambrose, and Parker Jensen, a high school senior and future Marine known for his recent patriotic stand. Also present was our very own Louise Baker, President of the Republican Women of Baltimore County.
Although Jean could not attend the event in person—she learned of the award the next day while on vacation—she was deeply moved by the recognition. “It was a total surprise,” she shared. “This award is really for the whole team. Their dedication and countless hours of work made this possible”.
In a joyful celebration of faith, patriotism, and the renewed energy of the Trump Administration, guests enjoyed musical performances of America the Great by Nicolee Ambrose, God Bless the USA, Proud to Be an American, and a lively rendition of Y.M.C.A.
The Republican Women of Baltimore County proudly congratulate Jean Benhoff and her team on this well-deserved honor. Her leadership exemplifies the strength, intelligence, and impact of conservative women in action.
