Lala Suarez Mooney was born in Cuba to a University Professor of Engineering, although the Mooney family was dominant in Cuba’s sugar industry.  When Castro came to power, he jailed many of the elite business families.  Lala started working against Fidel Castro at the age of 16 and by 19, she was swept up with her sisters and imprisoned.  Lala tells the family’s story in her book Leaving Cuba:  One Family’s Journey to Freedom. After escaping Cuba, the family adjusted as immigrants in the U.S.  Lala’s son, Alex, is currently a Republican Congressman from West Virginia.  Lala has returned to Cuba, visiting friends seven times.  Her story reveals what happened to Cubans who didn’t leave and what likely would have happened to families like hers had they stayed.  Americans will benefit to learn more about the horrors of living under communist control and that the lure of the Siren Song of Socialism is a brutal lie.

RWBC Luncheon Meeting

Saturday, March 20, 2021

11:30 PM—2:00PM

Reggie Littlejohn

Women's Rights Without Frontiers

Reggie Littlejohn is world renowned as an expert on coercive population control in China.  The Chinese Communist Party boasts that it has prevented 400 million births under its One Child Policy.  Most of these lives were prevented through forced abortion, forced sterilization, and even infanticide.  Baby girls have been selectively aborted.  Now, there are about 40 million more men living in China than women.  This gender imbalance has caused human trafficking and sexual slavery.  Also, destitute widows are abandoned in the countryside.  Too many are committing suicide.

Reggie's organization, Women's Rights Without Frontiers, is the only organization in the world that has a network on the ground that is saving baby girls and widows in rural China.

Reggie has been asked to speak before Parliaments of several European countries including testimony before Congress.  Her expertise is valued worldwide, and her life-saving work is bringing dignity and hope to hundreds in rural China. She will also comment on the infiltration of the CCP into the United States.  You will want to attend this meeting.

Former Governor Bob Ehrlich

Where Do We Go from Here?

Our own Governor Ehrlich answered a call for lawyers to go to the most questionable states to investigate, ie. Pennsylvania and Georgia. At this writing, we are racing toward January 6th and electoral vote counting.

A stolen election? Or not?  We have seen film from Georgia and heard about hundreds of witness testimonies. We are living through interesting times, Bob Ehrlich has seen much of this up close.  “Where we go from here” will certainly be the right topic!

1st District Congressman Andy Harris

State of the Election 2020

Where:  Silver Mining Company 8634 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236

When:  Sat, Nov 21, at noon, doors open at 11:30 am.

RSVP:  by replying to this email or rwbcrsvp@yahoo.com

Lunch is $25 for members, $30 for non-members, $5 for non-eaters in appreciation of wait staff. Cash preferred.

Andy Harris will no doubt have lots to say.  Hopefully, the election will be resolved by Nov 21, and favorably, but it won’t be without acrimony.  Expect riots no matter the outcome.  We know that everything is at stake:  either keeping or losing our freedom.

It is strange that we have picked up seats in Congress, Trump has picked up a bigger minority vote.  It ain’t over yet and may not be when Andy speaks.  You don’t want to miss what Andy will have to say about the election and expectations for the next Congress and our future.

YOU ARE INVITED TO A VIRTUAL POLITICAL DISCUSSION…

Wednesday, October 21, 2020

7:00 PM—8:00 PM

Jonathan Butcher, Heritage Foundation

School Choice and its Impact on Education

Jonathan Butcher will discuss our public education system, especially school choice. Education is a community concern.  Without good results, communities suffer.  It is our money, through taxation, that pays for public schools, yet they have been in decline.  Americas tend to be patient, but the time appears to be ripe for change for the better.  Look at recent results from Baltimore City and even our county schools are declining.  Hear Jonathan expound on these issues and more.

African-American Outreach & Engagement

Distinguished Panelists from

Baltimore City to Our Nation's Capital

" What have you Got to Lose?"

That was the question Candidate Donald J. Trump posed to the African American Community in the 2016 Presidental election.

That question is at the heart of the fight to take back America... The Trump Campaign wants to attract more than the 8% of the Black vote that he received in 2016. With that goal in mind, The Republican Women of Baltimore County, the Party of Lincoln has created an event of historical magnitude for our Club.  The RWBC cordially invites you to join our unique group distinguished and politically savvy African-Americans Guest Speakers.

Our goal is to give President Trump a National mandate by winning the Popular Vote.

Our Keynote Speaker: Diante Johnson - President/CEO Black Conservative Federation has been working closely with the White House Black Voices for Trump Coalition.

With our distinguished panel of speakers we will learn the strategies being used not only by the White House but also by local Republican Candidates who need to get out the Black vote and show African Americans that Republicans stand on the right side of history and the right side of the future for improving all American lives.
