“Resisting Covid 2.0” - Lessons from Operation Warp Speed

(Berney Flowers - panelist RWBC October 21 “Resisting Covid 2.0”)

Berney Flowers worked for the Department of Defense as a civil servant during Operation Warp Speed (OWS). His mission was to accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, the interagency team helped deliver Mono-Clonal Antibodies to COVID hot spots all over the country.

Flowers' extensive experience in both the military and civilian sectors provided him with a unique perspective on the government's response to the pandemic. He shared, "I had a seat at the Big Boy Table, so to speak, at Ft. Meade and later at a similar job for DHS."

Before his tenure at the Department of Defense, Berney Flowers served in the U.S. Air Force for nearly 21 years, participating in deployments to conflict zones like Iraq, Afghanistan, and Ukraine, as well as visiting 22 countries. After retiring from the Air Force in 2009, he returned to the Department of Defense as a civil servant at Ft Meade, where he served as NORAD and USNORTHCOM’s 4-star General’s Senior Representative. His role was to collaborate with HHS, DHS, and other agencies to expedite the delivery of the COVID vaccine.

"I can't criticize the government's actions at that point," Flowers noted. "We were caught flat-footed, just like everyone else. COVID was an unprecedented situation, and we were scrambling. DoD's significant contribution to OWS was logistics, as the U.S. Military possesses the world's best logistics capability. However, the issue was manufacturing. Not only did we lack sufficient vaccines, but we also faced a shortage of masks."

As part of the nationwide DoD team assisting to deliver Mono-Clonal Antibodies to COVID Hot Spots all over the country, Mr. Flowers found that Mono-Clonal Antibodies work against COVID. In fact, Ivermectin worked also, but those proven medicines got in the way of Big Pharma’s profits.

In a surprising move in August 2021, the Biden Administration discontinued the use of Monoclonal Antibodies in the fight against COVID. Despite their proven efficacy, the decision raised questions about the government's intentions and its preference for the COVID gene therapy as the primary treatment for COVID infections.

“The statistics demonstrated efficacy; they were working well. This gives me pause, why did Mr. Biden cancel the use of a tool that was working? To me, it appears the government intended to make the COVID Gene Therapy the only treatment available for COVID infections.”

Flowers outlined three key concerns regarding mandatory COVID shots:

First, Informed Consent is the guiding principle of all medicine, in accord with the Nuremberg Code of 1947. This is a right to refuse forced injections: (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/ ).

Nuremberg Code states every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug.

Second, the Americans with Disabilities Act prescribes, punishes and penalizes employers who invasively inquire into their employees' medical status and treats those employees differently based on their perceived medical status.

Demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a)). https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/questions-and-answers-enforcement-guidance-disability-related-inquiries-and-medical).

Finally, forced vaccines constitute a form of battery, and the Supreme Court long made clear "no right is more sacred than the right of every individual to the control of their own person, free from all restraint or interference of others." UNION PAC. RY. CO. v. BOTSFORD. | Supreme Court | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute (cornell.edu)

What was going on in the DoD during COVID? The DoD violated the constitutional rights and the rights of other Federal and Military employees who refused to take the COVID vaccine. Berney concluded, “Due to this debacle and other assaults on our culture, I am running for Congress in District 3. I intend to be the Biden Administration’s worst nightmare. I intend to help “Get This Right.”

As a senior civil servant with a front row seat to the roll out of Operation Warp Speed, Berney saw politics and financial gain overcome the original mission of the Covid-19 roll out. As we look back, lessons were learned and over time constitutional rights were violated. Berney’s mission in Congress is to make sure this never happens again to our nation.
