1. Go to bcps.org
2. Hover over the “Board of Education” tab to see the drop-down menu, then click on “Participation by the Public”
3. Scroll down to the section “Speaking at the Board Meetings,” click on the link “REGISTRATION FORM - Board Meeting Public Comment”
Note: This link will be active 7 DAYS prior to the meeting date until 3 PM the day before the meeting.
4. Complete the Form
To see the video of the meeting afterwards:
1. bcps.org >- Board of Education >- Live Meeting Broadcast
2. Scroll down to “Archived Videos” and click the video link for the meeting you want
