Maryland Republicans Voice Their RNC Chair Choice – Surprising Results!

Republican Women of Baltimore County conducted a survey of their membership requesting their vote for who they would select to lead the Republican National Committee. RWBC has a membership of 249 members, a mixture of women and associate men members. We received 135 responses over a 24 hour survey period. The survey was sent to members via email and various social media platforms.

Overwhelmingly Harmeet Dhillon won the survey with 62% (84)

Mike Lindell 33% (44)

Ronna McDaniel 5% (7)

The common sediment among Republican voters is that we need a change of leadership at the RNC. Multiple electoral losses and weak RNC support of candidates are the main reasons for the discontent among Republican voters. The purpose of this survey was to tally the results and send a strong message to the Maryland RNC delegation.

“Our membership felt it was important to provide the Maryland GOP Delegates the top choice for the RNC leadership position. Clearly RWBC members want change at the RNC and we encourage the delegates to vote accordingly. Harmeet Dhillon is obviously the top choice.” said Jolie McShane, President of RWBC.

Maryland delegates attending the convention are Nicole Harris, Maryland GOP Chairperson, Nicolee Ambrose and David Bossie. The vote will take place on Friday January 27, 2023 at Dana Point, California.

I concur with the survey results. Even though I did not have check my email notice of the survey until in was completed, my vote would have been for, Harmeet Dhillon, the survey choice with the highest percentage of votes. Also, I think the article about the survey was well written and that it is important to me as Republican voter in the state of Maryland that the opinion of Maryland voters was considered for the new nominee to be the Chair of the RNC.
