We are very pleased to announce the Republican Women of Baltimore County’s new Fundraising Chair, Sarah Burton. Sarah is a longtime RWBC member having chaired the Literacy Committee for the past year. Sarah is taking on additional responsibilities by accepting the Fundraising Committee Chair position.
Sarah was raised and educated in the Baltimore area, having attended Towson High School, Villa Julie College and University of Baltimore. She has been a Realtor® for 22 years and previously worked as a corporate paralegal for such companies as PHH and Procter & Gamble.
As Literacy Chair, Sarah spearheaded the distribution of the book Rubin’s Story, describing the life of a Holocaust survivor, to over 100 local schools, museums and community centers. Now, as Fundraising Chair, Sarah will be choosing movies for our members to attend “Dinner Theater,” a popular fundraising event for RWBC members and Sarah looks forward to expanding our fundraising activities. Congratulations to Sarah in her new role.
