The presentation of this esteemed award took place at the national convention in Kansas City, Missouri, in September 2023. The honor was graciously accepted on behalf of the local group by Linda Stine Flint, Vice President of the Maryland Federation of Republican Women, underscoring the club's standing at the regional and national levels.
